Parents, we have found that everything works together nicely if the student is logged into their G Suite account. Sometimes if a parent is logged in to their personal account, there is a conflict. Your student's G Suite login is their username@newtoncountystudents.org and the password is their regular computer password. Please call if you need help with this. Things to try if your hotspot isn't working: Reboot the hotspot and the device. Move to another part of the house. Turn Wi-Fi off and back on. Make sure that you connect to the correct Wi-Fi network. If you see a password error when you try to join Personal Hotspot, check the Wi-Fi password: On the device that provides Personal Hotspot, go to Settings > Personal Hotspot to see the Wi-Fi password.
